The "Instant Ronin" Double Tanto Knives: A Design Revolution in Edged Tools
Experience the convergence of innovative engineering and cutting-edge design. The Instant Ronin Double Tantos are more than just a pair of knives—they are a transformable, functional piece of history, the result of a two-year development journey.

This is a limited quantity release. Only 5000 sets made. LIMIT OF 2 PER CUSTOMER.

Ingenuity in Every Detail

  • The "Magic Moment": The core feature is a revolutionary sliding mechanism that allows the two separate extended-length knives to combine into a single, compact housing. The blades are designed to unlock each other, allowing them to seamlessly slide back into their own handles.
  • Secure and Sturdy: Each knife features a robust tanto design and is built to be very sturdy when separated. Invisible, integrated magnets hold the knives closed securely.
  • Designed for Purpose: The stability of the knives is comparable to a well-made folding knife. They serve beautifully as a unique collector's piece and a useful normal knife

Specifications:

  • Limited Release: This one-of-a-kind design is a strictly limited edition of only 5,000 sets

Cool Collection Piece - Couple of Disappointments Though

"Really cool set of knives with a super unique design. Ultimate fidget toy for the (home) office and fun to show to people. My set does stick a bit when sheathing though. Quite a bit sometimes, to the point I feel like I really need to slam them together which detracts from the overall feel of quality. There is also a small amount of blade wobble on one of them. For the price tag this is a bit of a bummer, but I still like them for the nerd factor."

They are great.

"Great concept. The handles are a bit on the slick side. But with some tape. They are nice now."

Unique and Amazing

"I just got my knives and I love them. I have shown them to my friends and all of them are amazed at how this is concealed into a baton sized unit. This is totally my kind of knife. It is built well and I love them. They fit in an ASP holder or my flashlight pouch. I was even thinking of adding a rubberized grip that slips on and mimics a Samurai word handle. I think that would make this knife even more badass. Many of my friends want one too. It truly is great knife or knives. I think it would even work as a impact weapon when closed. It does weight a lot. hahah"

A Novelty that has actual realistic applications

"Aside from price, this could have been construed as a novelty. IT IS NOT. extremely well made, clever mechanism/use of magnets, commendable steel quality in blades. As Mr Sprage said, it can be addictive"

Howard T. (5/5)

Needs improvement but still pretty cool

"Blades scrape when opening and closing and made metal shavings until part of the hilt was wore down. I’m sure it made the blades a little dull. Even with that it’s still one of my favorite knives to open."

Ronin

"I’m really happy with these knives. The only thing I would say is it’s a little tough to get them back together. Midway you got tap it in without slamming them together. Other than that, they’re great really cool. !"

SETH H. (4/5)

The best Invention

"This is by far the best Double Tanto Knives I ever owed."

EMMETT M. (5/5)

Very nice!

"Love the knives. Mine do not collapse very easily. I have to slap the hilt to close it."

Jared T. (4/5)
